Spectrum of Solutions exists to provide a spectrum of resources and support to our community and to the individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).

Inspire: to inspire a generation of care and support. Empower: to empower individuals to live full and meaningful lives. Advocate: to promote and advance the rights and dignity of the IDD community. Educate: to educate the Permian basin about the contributions and value of the IDD.

Spectrum of Solutions organizational objectives are as follow: To provide resources and efficient programs to address the needs & empower the lives of individuals with IDD, to assess and identify the continued and developing needs of the IDD community, to advocate on local, state, and federal levels the rights of individuals with IDD, to promote education through community learning sessions and events, to effectively inspire, recruit, maintain and appreciate volunteers, to secure long-term financial support to fund established priorities.
