It is Spectrum of Solutions intention and obligation to abide by all state rules and regulations. This section provides information on how to report allegations of abuse, neglect or exploitation of any individual with a disability.

State laws require providers (Spectrum of Solutionsis a provider) with explicit instructions on reporting guidelines. If you suspect an individual is being abused, neglected or exploited, you are required by law to File a report with the Texas Department of Protective & Regulatory Services (TDPRS) immediately but no later than one (1) hour of having knowledge or suspicion to TDPRS at 1-800-647-7418.

Spectrum of Solutions is obligated to elicit complaints from clients, clients’ Legal Authorized Representatives, employees and the general public. If you have any complaints regarding Spectrum of Solutions residential programs, please contact Kayla Minchew, Spectrum of Solution’s Executive Director, at 432-695-9901.

You may also file a complaint regarding Spectrum of Solutions services or alleged human rights violations with the Texas Department of Aging & Disability Services (DADS) at 1-800-458-9858.
